THE GENERAL TERMS

The General Terms and Conditions of the Online Store are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB1) and with the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce.

Online store is managed by Rožle d.o.o. Horjul, Mala ulica 16, 1354 Horjul (hereinafter referred to as the tenderer).

Online shop Rožle d.o.o. Horjul operates from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 12am. It operates every day of the year, except holidays.

Read carefully the following general Terms of Business of the online store as they bind you with the moment you enter it. The general terms and conditions are valid on all pages of the online store without exception. In the event that you do not agree with the terms and conditions offered, please feel free to view the pages and purchase through our online store. You are deemed to be familiar with the entire contents of the General Terms and Conditions with each visit through our online store and you have agreed to the General Terms and Conditions without restriction. In the future, until any cancellation or modification of the applicable general terms and conditions, you are bound by these general terms and conditions. We will regularly update the general terms and conditions and will be accessible to everyone at any time in their latest and valid version throughout the text.

The Tenderer undertakes that the operation of the online store will comply with all applicable law.

The provider does not commit to the accuracy or completeness of the data on the web store’s pages, nor does it commit to the correctness and completeness of text, video, image or sound material. The picture and the actual appearance of the article may vary a bit.

Company Rožle d.o.o. Horjul reserves the right to make any changes, in part or in full, any part of the general terms and conditions without any specific notice. The changes shall apply from the moment of publication.

All communication between customer and company Rožle d.o.o. Horjul in electronic form shall be deemed to have been made in writing and has a validity contract.

Due to various technical or other reasons, doing business through our online store or even accessing the store is sometimes impossible. Therefore, the company Rožle d.o.o. Horjul reserves the right to limit or completely restrict the sale or sale of some or all of the products for a fixed or indefinite period, or to limit or completely restrict access to the online store site for a fixed or indefinite period, or otherwise restrict or stop the business of the online store.

The electronic copy of the order and the invoice is received by the buyer by e-mail as soon as the order is made. It is recommended that it be printed or stored on a disc.

A copy of the order and the invoice is received in written form by the buyer at home (as an invoice upon delivery).

Purchase in an online store or any kind of personal data transfer on the web store’s pages is permitted only to legally-capable persons over 15 years of age, and other persons must obtain the legally valid consent of their parents or guardian for each information provided.

 

INFORMATION ACCESS

According to Chapter 43b of the ZVPot-UPB2, the provider undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information before purchasing:

– Name and place of business
– Contact information that allows you to quickly communicate and resolve any problems (e-mail, free phone)
– Essential characteristics of goods or services
– Prices of goods and services
– Time validity of the offer
– Delivery terms and possible shipping costs
– The method of payment and delivery, including the delivery or completion deadline
– The right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Article 43 of the ZVPot-UPB2 including the description of the appeal procedure

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

We are shipping within Slovenia and worldwide.


1) Within Slovenia

The bidder attempts to deliver the goods to the client within the stated deadlines. Goods in stock have a delivery period of 1 to 3 business days. Goods not in stock can be ordered by e-mail or phone, in which case the delivery time is agreed upon. After the award of the contract, the contracting authority receives a notice by e-mail of the awarded order, which contains information on the content of the order and the method of payment. Delivery of goods will be carried out by Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. If you are not home at the time of delivery, Letterman will leave you a message asking him to call him and arrange for a delivery again, which is free. In case you do not raise the package within 15 days, it is considered that you deviate from the order and will returned to the supplier.

Important warnings: In order to receive an order in the shortest time, we recommend that you take the following into consideration:

*Provide shipping information where someone is always available to pick up the package. If you are not home at delivery, the letterman will leave you a message asking him to call him and arrange for a delivery again, which is free.

*The surname given in the delivery address must also be indicated on the bell / door phone / mailbox. If the sender does not find his surname, he returns the package with a note: “Unrecognized Recipient”.
*Also, provide your mobile number if you would be picked up from Pošta Slovenije to take over the package.

Shipping costs:

  • Payment by invoice = 2.50 EUR
  • Cash on delivery = 5.00 EUR

 

2) Shipping Worldwide

The bidder attempts to deliver the goods to the client within the stated deadlines. Delivery period for goods in stock depends on the country, presumably from 2 to 12 days. Goods not in stock can be ordered by e-mail or phone, in which case the delivery time is agreed upon. After the award of the contract, the contracting authority receives a notice by e-mail of the awarded order, which contains information on the content of the order and the method of payment. Delivery of goods will be carried out by Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. In case you do not raise the package within 15 days, it is considered that you deviate from the order and will returned to the supplier.

Shipping costs:

  • up to 400g of tea = 5.00 EUR
  • up to 800g of tea = 11.00 EUR
  • up to 2kg of tea = 16.00 EUR

 

PRICES

Company Rožle d.o.o. Horjul is a taxpayer. Prices of products in the online shop Rožle d.o.o. Horjul already includes VAT.  Prices are indicated in EUR. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices on web pages are final and are valid only for the purchase (awarded order) via the online store. Prices for the selected goods or services are valid on the day of the purchase.
The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the tenderer confirms the order. From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. The price at which you ordered the goods is valid until the goods are delivered. Prices do not include delivery.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Purchase payment is enabled in two ways:

1) Cash in Advance:

Payment by pro forma invoice – the order is shipped after receiving cash to our bank account. You can settle the amount with a payment order via any bank, online bank, mail.

The reference for payment is the number of the budget: 00-number of the budget.

 

2) Cash on delivery with ransom (only within Slovenia):
Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. allows you to pay for the package with a ransom in cash or non-cash, with payment cards. In the area of selected mail (https://www.posta.si/casebno/postne-storitve/prejemanje/placilo-pupupnino-pos) Post Office Slovenija has equipped the mailboxes with portable POS terminals, making it easier for you to shop, as you can pay them with MasterCard®, Maestro®, Visa, Karanta and Diners Club cards.

 

ORDER

The buyer places items in the shopping cart, where he is offered the option of continuing the purchase or termination of the purchase.

In the basket, the name of the article, quantity and the price is displayed. Once the customer completes the order, he receives a message by e-mail that the order has been accepted. The tenderer shall review the order, check the availability of articles and confirm the order or reject it for a reason. At this stage, the orders accepted are considered irrevocable. If you would like to cancel the order, please inform us within 1 hour from the received order by e-mail. When the order is made, the seller prepares and dispatches the goods as soon as possible; or prepare it for personal takeover.

RECLAMATION

All products from our online store Rožle d.o.o. Horjul are personally examined and impeccable before submission.

The consumer can claim a real error if he informs the seller of the error within 8 days only with a proof – a picture of the damaged packaging/product. Complaints will be settled in accordance with the provisions of the Obligatory Code and the Consumer Protection Act.

 

RETURN OF GOODS

The consumer (stated exclusively for natural persons who acquire goods for purposes outside his own gainful activity) has the right to communicate to the enterprise within 14 days of the goods being taken over, without having to state the reason for his decision. The time limit shall start to be counted one day after the date of takeover. The only cost charged to the consumer in respect of a cancellation of a contract is the cost of delivering goods. Goods must be returned to the seller no later than within 30 days of the cancellation of the contract (purchase). If a consumer may already use the article or if he opens it, then the contract cancellation is no longer possible.

The goods received must be returned undamaged and unchanged, unless the goods have been destroyed, defective, lost or reduced, without the consumer being guilty. The manufacturer of the article also prescribes its original packaging (in accordance with Article 36 of the Consumer Protection Act). Since the packaging is an integral part of the article, it should also be attached as it was in its original state at the time of receipt of the article (undamaged and unchanged).

The Bidder is not obliged to accept shipments with ransom or shipments that do not correspond to the General Terms and Conditions of the Operator.

CONFLICT SOLVING

Potential disputes between parties that are in any way connected with online trade are resolved by mutual agreement,
otherwise, the parties agree that the dispute will be resolved by the competent court in Ljubljana.

 

GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

When selling, we respect the Law on the protection of personal data ZVOP 2, On the basis of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016.

 

When buying at the Rožle online store (www.rozle-tea.si), the administrator collects the below-mentioned user data for the needs of business (we are not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by users). Rožle will use data exclusively to send information material, offers, invoices, goods and other necessary communication. Rožle can also use users data in an anonymous summarized form for statistical analysis purposes. Data collected and processed by Rožle will only be disclosed if such an obligation is determined by law or in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other state authorities and for the protection and realization of legitimate interests of Rožle.

Rožle collects and uses data stored in the SAOP business program and on the business account on the employee’s computers at Rožle (Access to computers and personal data is password protected. The operating system has antivirus protection and the administrator updates it regularly). For this purpose, Rožle uses the following informations:

 

  • Name and surname, address and place of residence, address and place of delivery, email address, contact telephone number, any other data that the users type into our form on www.rozle-tea.com website.

 

 

If the customer wish to participate in the Novelties program of Rožle, they must provide their full name (first and last name), date of birth, residence address and e-mail address. The data is stored on the online mailing list of Mailchimp, which has the EU’s privacy and data protection certificate. Also, the informations are stored on the website of Rožle, on the secure server of our Neoserv online service provider.

If a customer gives his consent to process his personal information for the purposes of advertising and market research, Rožle may provide information (such as special offers, discounts and information about products and services) by post, during a shop visit, via e-news and e-mail. For this purpose, Rožle uses the following informations and analyzes them for the purpose of informing and advertising. In addition, Rozle can analyze the down-mentioned data in order to optimize the offer of products, locations and services.

  • Membership data: your full name (first and last name), residence address, date of birth and email address;
  • Discount information: data relating to goods/services, payment amounts, currency, discount amount, coupons used, location, cash register or POS terminal, time and transaction number and, if applicable, an office.
