INGREDIENTS
    • Lemongrass leaves
    • Mint leaves
    • 1/2 tsp masala chai
    • 1 tsp of grated ginger
    • 1 cup of milk
    • 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
    • sugar

 

METHOD
Boil 2 cups of water, lemongrass and mint leaves, simmer for 5-7 min till water is reduced to half and aroma is released. Add ginger and masala chai. Mix it well and boil on slow flame for 1 min. Add milk and bring to boil then simmer on slow flame 4-5 min. Add turmeric powder, mix and boil on slow for 1 min.

Strain and serve hot. Enjoy 🙂
