Total preparation and cooking time: 10 min
– 2 CC Tea bags/ 2 teaspoons of loose leaves
– 1/2 cup of honey
– 1/16 of salt
– 3/4 of fresh lime juice
– 2 cups of crushed ice
Bring the water to boil in a pot or saucier and add the tea bags or 2 teaspoons of leaves. Let it simmer for one minute. Remove the pot from the heat and discard the tea bags or strain out the leaves. Whisk in the honey. Blend well and let it cool. Strain the infused syrup into a blender. Add lime juice, salt and ice. Blend on high speed just until the mixture turns slushy.
Serve immediately and enjoy 🙂
