Serves: 1 l bottle/ jar

Total preparation and cooking time: 10 min

– 4 CC Tea bags/ 4 teaspoons of loose leaves
– 5 cups (200 ml) of water
– 2 inches of fresh ginger
– sugar/ liquid sweetener
– lime wheels or mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Grate or crush slices of ginger and put them in a pan or saucier. Pour over 5 cups of water and bring it all together to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the tea bags or leaves and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Discard the tea bags or strain the leaves from the liquid. Stir in the sugar until dissolved. Refrigerate until cold. 

Serve with the lime or mint garnish and pour over ice. Enjoy 🙂
