Iced CC Tea with grapefruit and basil

Serves: 1 cup – 3 dcl

Total preparation time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • CC Tea filter bag/ 1 full teaspoon of CC Tea leaves
  • 1/2 of grapefruit
  • 4 leaves of basil
  • a piece of peeled ginger
  • a slice of lime
  • ice cubes

METHOD

Bring one cup of water (2,5 dcl) to 80°C in a pot or saucier and add CC Tea filter bag or loose leaves. After 5 minutes discard tea bag or tea leaves. Grab a glass, add ice cubes and pour over the tea. Add grapefruit, basil leaves (which you previously gently swallow with your fingers), compressed ginger and squeezed lime.

 

Garnish with a piece of grapefruit and leaves of basil. Enjoy in delicious, slightly bitter taste 🙂
