Kaki dessert with lemongrass, biscuit and yogurt

The simplest and fastest autumn dessert.

The bonus of this dessert is that you eat a vitamin bomb, so much needed for autumn days:
– Kaki, known also as golden apple is rich mainly in vitamin C, beta-carotene, potassium and antioxidants.
– Lemongrass is rich with vitamin A, iron and calcium.

Ingredients (1 glass):

– 1 kaki/ persimmons/ golden apple
– 1 filter bag / 1 tsp of lemongrass CC Tea to balance the sweetness of kaki
– 2 favorite cookies
– plain dairy / dairy-free yogurt


1. Peel kaki and mix it together with a content of 1 tea bag / 1 tsp of lemongrass in a blender.

2. Crush the biscuits and cover the bottom of your glass with it. Pour over a mixture of kaki and lemongrass.

3. Then cover the mixture with a new layer of yogurt. We used coconut yogurt. Over this, however, you can add a new layer of mixture again until the jar is full.

4. Finally, garnish with yogurt and biscuits and top with your favorite syrup if you like it. We used our favorite 100% lemongrass syrup U&V, made in Slovenia.
