z nektarinami in baziliko by HomemadewithVesna
Sestavine:
– 1,5 žličke CC Tea v lističih
– 300 ml vode
– 1 žlica agavinega sirupa
– 2 manjši zreli nektarini (ali breskvi)
– nekaj lističev sveže bazilike
Priprava:
1. Najprej skuhamo čaj. Vodo zavremo na 80°C in vanjo stresemo žličko in pol čaja. Čaj namakamo 3 minute, ga precedimo in popolnoma ohladimo. Še v vročega dodamo žlico agavinega sirupa ali sladkorja.
2. Nektarine ali po želji tudi breskve olupimo in drobno nasekljamo ali jih zmešamo v kašo v multipraktiku. Jaz sem pustila takšne z majhnimi koščki, sami jih lahko povsem spasiramo.
3. Dodamo nekaj lističev sveže bazilike, ki jih drobno nasekljamo.
4. Ohlajen čaj prilijemo k nektarinam in premešamo, da se lepo vse poveže med seboj.
5. Tekočino nalijemo v plastične modelčke za sladoled (najdemo jih v vseh trgovinah) in jih naprej za kakšno uro še brez paličic postavimo v zamrzovalnik, da se nekoliko potrdijo. Ker gre za tekočino, nam lesene ali plastične paličice ne bodo želele stati pokonci.
6. Ko se nekoliko lučke začnejo strjevati, vanje potisnemo palčko in jih v zamrzovalnik postavimo za vsaj 6 ur ali najboljše, da čez noč.
