Lemongrass lime honey slush

Serves: 2 Total preparation and cooking time: 10 min   INGREDIENTS – 2 CC Tea bags/ 2 teaspoons of loose leaves – 1/2 cup of honey – 1/16 of salt – 3/4 of fresh lime juice – 2 cups of crushed ice   METHOD Bring the water to boil in a pot or saucier and add the tea bags or 2 teaspoons of leaves. Let it simmer for one minute. Remove the pot from the heat and discard the tea bags or strain out the leaves. Whisk in the honey. Blend well and let it cool. Strain the infused syrup

Lemongrass detox iced tea with ginger

Serves: 1 l bottle/ jar Total preparation and cooking time: 10 min INGREDIENTS – 4 CC Tea bags/ 4 teaspoons of loose leaves – 5 cups (200 ml) of water – 2 inches of fresh ginger – sugar/ liquid sweetener – lime wheels or mint leaves for garnish (optional) METHOD Grate or crush slices of ginger and put them in a pan or saucier. Lemongrass tea with mint and milk

Serves: 2 Total preparation and cooking time: 10 min   INGREDIENTS lemongrass leaves mint leaves crushed cardamom 1 cup of milk sugar   METHOD Boil the water. Add  lemongrass, mint leaves and cardamom. Cook all together on a medium flame for 2-3 min. Add milk, mix well and boil on medium flame for 2 min while stirring occasionally. Strain and serve hot. Enjoy 🙂

Spicy lemongrass tea with mint and milk

Serves: 2 Total preparation and cooking time: 10 min   INGREDIENTS Lemongrass leaves Mint leaves 1/2 tsp masala chai 1 tsp of grated ginger 1 cup of milk 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder sugar   METHOD Boil 2 cups of water, lemongrass and mint leaves, simmer for 5-7 min till water is reduced to half and aroma is released. Add ginger and masala chai. Mix it well and boil on slow flame for 1 min. Add milk and bring to boil then simmer on slow flame 4-5 min. Add turmeric powder, mix and boil on slow for 1 min. Strain and serve
